🚨JAISSLE FINALLY SPEAKS! The REAL Reason Two Newcastle Signings Are Still Waiting — What He Revealed Has Fans Talking

Newcastle United supporters have been left wondering why two of the club’s exciting young summer arrivals have barely featured since the beginning of the new season.

With Matthias Jaissle already making bold decisions during his first weeks in charge, some fans have questioned whether certain new signings have been overlooked or whether there is a bigger reason behind their limited involvement.

The issue has become particularly noticeable because Newcastle made a major effort during the summer to bring in young talent who could develop into important first-team players.

However, despite the club’s new-look squad and Jaissle’s willingness to rotate his team, two of those youngsters have had to wait patiently for their opportunities.

That has now prompted the Newcastle head coach to explain the thinking behind his decisions.

Jaissle has made it clear that the lack of minutes should not automatically be interpreted as a lack of confidence in the players. Instead, the manager appears to be taking a careful approach with young players who are still adapting to a new club, a new league and his demanding tactical system.

The Newcastle boss has already shown that he wants his players to understand exactly what is expected from them before throwing them into Premier League football.

That could be particularly important for the two summer arrivals, with Jaissle seemingly unwilling to rush their development simply because supporters are eager to see them in action.

One of those players is highly-rated French youngster Aladji Bamba, who arrived from Monaco as part of Newcastle’s focus on bringing in young talent.

The teenager is regarded as a player with considerable potential, but competition for places means he has not yet been able to establish himself in Jaissle’s starting plans.

The other is Bazoumana Touré, the explosive Ivorian winger who joined Newcastle after impressing with Hoffenheim.

Touré was one of the more exciting additions to the squad and naturally generated plenty of anticipation among supporters. Yet his limited involvement has raised questions, particularly given the attacking qualities he can potentially bring to the team.

Jaissle’s explanation, however, suggests Newcastle fans may simply need to be patient.

The German coach is still building his footballing identity at St James’ Park, and the early part of the season has already shown that he is prepared to make changes depending on the opponent and the condition of his squad.

Newcastle remain unbeaten under Jaissle after their opening Premier League matches, while the team also progressed in the Carabao Cup with a narrow victory over Millwall.

That means the manager currently has results on his side, even if some supporters are eager to see more of the club’s new youngsters.

For Bamba and Touré, the message appears to be simple: their opportunity will come, but Jaissle wants it to come at the right moment.

And with Newcastle facing a busy run of fixtures, supporters may not have to wait too much longer before one or both finally get the chance to show exactly why the club invested in them.

For now, however, Jaissle has made his position clear — limited game time does not mean they have been forgotten.
