Exclusive – Moyes Set For Shock Reunion Deal As Ex-Player Emerges As Perfect Seamus Coleman Replacement At Everton

David Moyes could be closing in on the perfect solution to Everton’s right-back problem, with a shock reunion now on the cards as the club searches for a long-term replacement for Seamus Coleman.

After Seamus Coleman brought his long Everton career to an end in the recent clash against Tottenham Hotspur, the Toffees have officially begun their search for a new first-choice right-back ahead of the summer window.

Former talkSPORT pundit Micky Gray once described him as “fantastic,” highlighting his defensive reliability and ability to shut down wide attackers.

Statistically, the defender also compares well in defensive actions such as tackles, recoveries, and duels, making him a strong fit for Everton’s rebuilding back line.

With Jake O’Brien also capable of filling defensive roles but more naturally suited to centre-back duties, Everton’s right-back position remains wide open and Wan-Bissaka now looks like a leading candidate to step in.
