Hope claims that the architectural designs have already evolved significantly since these images were produced. However, they provide a strong indication that Newcastle’s preferred option is to build a new stadium rather than expand St James’ Park.

Leazes Park is reportedly the most likely location should Newcastle decide to proceed with a new stadium project. The proposed venue is expected to have a capacity of at least 65,000.

Newcastle Owners Will Want European Football

Following a disappointing season, Newcastle appear set for a campaign without European football.
