🚨 BREAKING: European Giants Plot Shock Move for Everton Star as Toffees Demand €20m

Everton have reportedly placed a €20 million valuation on goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, a figure that could complicate any potential move to Juventus this summer.

According to reports from Italy, the England international has been offered to the Serie A giants through an intermediary as Juventus continue their search for a new first-choice goalkeeper ahead of the 2026/27 season. However, Everton’s asking price is understood to be a significant obstacle for the Italian club.

Pickford, 32, remains one of the most respected goalkeepers in English football. Since joining Everton from Sunderland in 2017, he has become a key figure at the club, making more than 300 appearances and playing a vital role during several challenging seasons.

Everton are in a strong negotiating position following Pickford’s contract extension in October 2025. The new deal runs until June 2029, meaning the Toffees are under no pressure to sell one of their most experienced players.

Juventus are exploring several goalkeeping options after concerns over the performances of current No. 1 Michele Di Gregorio. Pickford is among a number of names being considered, with the club also linked to other experienced and emerging goalkeepers across Europe.

The prospect of playing Champions League football and competing for major trophies could appeal to Pickford, who has established himself as England’s undisputed first-choice goalkeeper for several years. A move to Turin would represent a fresh challenge at a later stage of his career.

Despite the interest, Juventus are believed to be weighing up whether spending €20 million on a 32-year-old goalkeeper represents good value. While Pickford’s quality and experience are not in doubt, the club may decide to pursue younger alternatives with greater long-term potential.

For Everton, any sale would create a significant void. Beyond his performances on the pitch, Pickford is regarded as one of the leaders within the dressing room and remains a hugely influential figure at the club. Replacing his consistency, experience, and leadership would be no easy task.

At this stage, no formal negotiations have been reported, and a transfer remains far from certain. Nevertheless, the link highlights Pickford’s enduring reputation in European football and demonstrates that he continues to attract interest from elite clubs.

Whether Juventus decide to pursue the deal further or turn their attention elsewhere remains to be seen, but Everton’s firm €20 million stance has already made any potential transfer a difficult one to complete.
