Whenever a player of Bruno Guimarães’ quality is playing for a club outside the traditional Big Six, they are rarely allowed to simply get on with their football. Instead, they are constantly linked with a move away, regardless of how committed they appear to their current club.

Even so, there remains a strong belief that Bruno fully understands the club’s long-term project.
