Abdulhafiz TeslimJack Grealish has thanked Everton fans for the way they embraced him this season, as his future at the club remains uncertain.
The 30-year-old enjoyed a strong revival at Everton before suffering a stress fracture in his foot in mid-January.
Many supporters believe Grealish returning to Everton permanently is inevitable, given how impressive he has been on Merseyside this season.
Although the Toffees hold a £50 million purchase option, reports suggest they are unlikely to trigger it and instead hope to negotiate a lower fee with Manchester City.
Grealish underwent surgery to address the injury and has not featured for Everton since the 1-0 victory over Aston Villa on January 18.
The winger joined Everton on a season-long loan from Manchester City and contributed two goals and six assists in 22 appearances across all competitions.
As a result, many Everton fans are eager to see the club secure a permanent deal this summer, especially with Grealish seemingly having no future under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.
Grealish has made no secret of how much he has enjoyed his time at Everton and would likely welcome a permanent return.
Everton supporters have clearly taken to the winger, and the feeling appears mutual based on the message he shared on Instagram:

Everton have certainly missed Grealish during the run-in.
The 3-1 home defeat to Sunderland on Sunday extended their winless Premier League run to six matches, capping off what has been a disappointing finish to a campaign that once looked very promising.
Everton’s hopes of qualifying for Europe are now all but over unless a final-day miracle occurs. Had Grealish been available over the last few weeks, things may have turned out differently.
His absence has been a major blow, and if anything, it has only strengthened the argument for Everton to pursue a permanent deal, with David Moyes’ side clearly lacking attacking quality without him.
