Under Claudio Ranieri, he built a strong understanding on the left side with Marc Albrighton. He offered solid defending, but also helped going forward with smart passes and dangerous crosses when needed.
Could Christian Fuchs return to Leicester?
Leicester’s current struggles are a far cry from those glory days, but Fuchs hasn’t been distant from the club’s situation. He has previously spoken about his concerns regarding their direction and long-term stability in modern football.
After retiring, he moved into management and is now in charge of Newport County. Interestingly, they operate not too far from Leicester in terms of football structure, which has only added to the idea of a possible return.
